Interview Questions

The purpose of a job interview is for potential employers and employees to get to know one another. During this meeting the interviewer will ask the applicant many questions that pertain to job experience, education, talents and other relevant questions that will help get to know the applicant better and decide whether or not they are a good candidate for the position.
Both interviewers and interviewees should understand the premise of an interview and the kinds of questions that are appropriate. The questions should be designed to gain and/or offer information about the job and any questions that are too personal or could be cause for discrimination usually fall into the illegal category. Hiring managers should be familiarized with the kinds of interview questions that are illegal and applicants should also recognize these illegal questions to avoid having civil rights violated.
